Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobaron Telegram bot (@Jobaronbot) and the Jobaron website (jobaron.com) (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by:

Vitalii Timchenko
P.IVA 04374321208
Pianoro (BO), Italy, European Union
Contact: support@jobaron.com

("Jobaron", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" — the Jobaron Telegram bot, website, and related features.
  • "User", "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Subscription" — a paid plan giving access to premium features.
  • "User Content" — any content you provide, including your CV, voice messages, preferences, and messages.
  • "Vacancy" — a job listing aggregated from a third-party company's systems.

3. The Service

Jobaron aggregates job vacancies directly from companies' applicant tracking systems (ATS) and helps you find roles that may match your profile. The Service includes AI-assisted features such as resume-based matching, role detection from your described experience, voice-message transcription, and job–resume fit checks.

The Service is provided to assist your job search. It is an informational and matching tool — it does not act as an employment agency, recruiter, or representative of any employer, and it does not submit applications on your behalf unless explicitly stated.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Access via Telegram

The Service is primarily accessed through Telegram. You are responsible for your Telegram account and for any activity that occurs through it when using the Service. We are not responsible for the security, availability, or terms of Telegram itself, which is a third-party platform governed by its own terms.

6. What the Service Does NOT Guarantee

Please read this section carefully. Jobaron aggregates listings created by third parties (employers and their systems) and provides AI-generated suggestions. Accordingly:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of any vacancy. Listings originate from third parties and may be outdated, filled, altered, or removed without notice.
  • We do not guarantee that you will find a job, receive interviews, or be hired. The Service is a tool, not a promise of employment.
  • We do not control the hiring decisions, conduct, requirements, or responses of any employer, and we are not responsible for them.
  • AI-generated results — including matches, scores, role detection, and fit checks — are automated suggestions provided for guidance only. They may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, career, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and applications.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that belongs to another person without authorisation;
  • upload another person's personal data or CV without their consent;
  • use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process, store, and use it solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy).

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Paid Plans & Billing

The Service offers a free tier and one or more paid Subscriptions giving access to premium features.

  • Plans and pricing. The available plans, their features, prices, billing periods, and any usage limits are published on our pricing page (on the website or within the bot) and may be updated from time to time. The price and terms displayed to you at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply to your transaction.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not receive or store your full card details (see our Privacy Policy, Section 11).
  • Auto-renewal. Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will charge your selected payment method for each renewal.
  • Taxes. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. As a forfettario-regime sole proprietor, we apply VAT treatment in accordance with applicable Italian law.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. Changes apply to future billing periods, and we will give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next renewal.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access to paid features until payment is resolved.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the method indicated in the Service or by contacting support@jobaron.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid (see Section 11).

11. Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal

Digital service starting immediately. Our paid features are digital services that begin as soon as your Subscription is activated. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Italy by the Codice del Consumo), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

By subscribing and activating a paid plan, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that where performance has begun with your consent you will pay for the part already provided. This consent must be given by you at checkout.

Refunds. Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, payments are generally non-refundable, except:

  • where required by applicable mandatory consumer law;
  • where we are unable to provide the Service due to our own fault;
  • at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, contact support@jobaron.com.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, name, logo, and content (excluding User Content and third-party vacancies), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or reproduce our software except as necessary to use the Service normally.

13. Third-Party Services & Content

The Service relies on and links to third parties, including Telegram, Stripe, our AI providers, and the employers whose vacancies we aggregate. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, conduct, availability, or practices. Vacancies are the responsibility of the employers who publish them.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. This Section does not exclude any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including consumer law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of opportunity, employment, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent such claims result from our own fault.

17. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

18. Changes to the Service & to These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Italy will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that grant you the right to bring proceedings in, or rely on the law of, your country of residence within the EU.
